Founder & Executive Director

Ms. Bandana Neupane is a public health professional, registered nurse, and data science enthusiast with a strong interest in evidence-based healthcare, digital health, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary research. She is passionate about leveraging data, technology, and innovation to improve public health outcomes, strengthen healthcare systems, and support informed policymaking.

As Founder & Executive Director of B3R Chamber (Bodha: The Third Room), she leads the organization's mission to advance independent interdisciplinary research, foster collaboration, and translate evidence into practical solutions that benefit society.
